Organizations and individuals operating in the field of residencies that have a special interest in local initiatives, self-management, artist-run culture and the development of art networks in the Americas are free to register. The Conference is open to all Res Artis, ARCA and RCAAQ members as well as non-members or organizations that are considering joining these networks. The Conference is limited to 250 participants; we therefore suggest you register as soon as possible.
The fees are in Canadian dollars (open Google Currency Converter).
We are using the PayPal system. Fees can be paid through a PayPal account or by credit card.
Regular registration is $350 (starting July 1st).
The day trip, Sunday the 10th, to Québec City is optional, transportation is $50.
Registration fees include:
- Access to all Conference activities
- Breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches on October 7th, 8th, and 9th
- Welcome cocktail dinner on the 6th
- Dinners on the 7th and 9th
- Trips to the art boroughs of Montreal
- Preferred prices in the 3 hotels close to the Conference.
A simultaneous translation service in French / English / Spanish will be available during the keynote speakers and some workshops.
If you need to cancel your registration, you must send the cancellation by email.
20% of the fees will be retained if there is a cancellation 60 days prior to the Conference.
50% of the fees will be retained if there is a cancellation 60 to 7 days prior to the Conference.
Last minute (less than 7 days) cancellation will not be refundable.
Non-refundable in case of non-attendance.
Conference participation is transferable to another person.
